We start with an initial consultation and discussion, this will help us, to help you choose the correct vehicle.

Once you decide on your vehicle, we secure it and then provide an approximate shipping and delivery date, this is normally between 8-10 weeks.

You can then decide if you wish to add any additional warranty (Subject to vehicle) or add the 24/7 breakdown recovery service to your vehicle or any other family-owned vehicles.

We will then require then 25% deposit to be paid.

Ongoing updates, regarding shipping dates and arrival times will be given.

We will inform you when your vehicle is at the port of loading and ready for shipping, at this point we will require the next payment of 60%.

A further update on the shipping time will be given, dependant on route, but normally 4/6 weeks.

We will contact you 7 days before your vehicle arrives at GC, this allows you time to arrange your insurance and final balance to be paid.

Vehicle arrives at GC, so we will reach out for the final 15% balance and for your insurance and your signature on the registration paperwork.

Once your vehicle has cleared customs and is on-site, we carryout the following:

• Pre-delivery inspection/Re-fuelling/Window Tint
• Government Inspection
• Register the vehicle @DVLD
• Full Valet
• Final quality control inspection
• Vehicle familiarization and handover
