All Encore Auto vehicles are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty, a further 1 or 2-year extension can be made available on request.

All warranties are aligned with the relevant manufacturer’s warranty and are fully supported by our sister company TRAC Automotive Ltd.

To keep your warranty valid, you will need to have your vehicle serviced, at 6 months or 6,000 miles/kilometres, whichever the soonest. Genuine parts and the manufacturer’s recommended grades of oil must be used for all servicing and repairs.

Under the umbrella of TRAC Automotive, our sister company, we have fully skilled, manufacturer trained technicians, who can carry out any servicing, warranty repairs or any maintenance you may require, there is also the full support of our body/accident repair center. In case of an accident or emergency and our 24/7 recovery vehicle is available on 936-0247, offering full island coverage, at an additional fee of 199KYD per annum, this service can be extended to other family vehicles, for a small additional annual rate.
